Republic of Ireland. We send all orders to Ireland via tracked 3rd Party Courier (2-4 Working Days).

Europe: We send all orders to Europe via tracked 3rd Party Courier (2-7 Working Days).

Returns & Refunds.
On the day you receive your order from Akito Scissors you will start a 14 day test period within which you can put your purchases to the test, ensuring they are comfortable and match your cutting style.

If you decide you wish to return your products simply click here, fill out the form and one of our team will contact you as soon as possible with the next steps.
After you have notified us of your desire to return your order or items from your order we will ask you to notify us via email confirming when it has been sent and with the relevant tracking information.
1. All items are to be returned “As New” and exactly as they were received with no damage to the products (I.e. the scissors have been dropped).
2. Shipment charges on returns are to be paid for by the customer, unless you wish to exchange your order or items from your order for other products.
3. Once we receive the parcel, we will notify you immediately and proceed to check the items to ensure they are in the “As New” condition we require.
4. Once we have concluded our checks we will then contact you. If the items are in “as new” condition with no damage then we will refund you immediately. In the event that the product is returned to us damaged then we will amend any issues and return the product/products to you.
