On the day that you receive your order you will have 14 days from said day within which you can decide whether you wish to keep or return your order. This period gives you plenty of time to put your purchases to the test whether it’s Hair Scissors, Thinning Scissors, Hair Texture Razor, etc. to ensure they are right for you and your cutting style.

If you decide you wish to return your order, then please complete and submit the Returns Form; we will then contact you straight away with where to send your returned order.

Once you dispatch the product you need to notify us by email confirming when it has been sent and the tracking information related to the order.

  • All items are to be returned “As New” and exactly as they were received.
  • All shipment charges on returns are to be paid for by the customer, however, the customer is able to keep the Care Kit worth £15 that they receive with their order as a gift for choosing Akito.
  • Once we receive the parcel, we will notify you immediately and proceed to check the items to ensure they are in the “As New” condition we require.
  • Once we have concluded our checks we will then contact you, if the items are in “as new” condition we will refund you immediately, in the unlikely event that the product isn’t returned to us in the required condition we will clean and amend any discrepancies and return the product/products to you. *Not to worry, this is highly unlikely as 99.9% of returned items meet the requirements for a full refund.
