Enjoy free returns, free exchanges and easy refunds on all Akito Scissors.

You have 30 days from the day your scissors arrive to decide if they’re right for you. If they’re not, you can return them for a full refund or exchange them for another model - completely free of charge.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed immediately by our team but depending on bank or payment method processing time can take between 3–5 business days.

Returns and exchanges are simple. Simply email our team at hello@akitoscissors.com to send the scissors back in original condition. We’ll take care of the rest. No hassle, no hidden fees.

    You can return Akito Scissors within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

    Yes. You can exchange within 30 days of delivery for another model.

    If you’re outside the 30-day window but still want to exchange for a different model, email hello@akitoscissors.com - our team will help and support you with the best next step.

    If you’re unsure, email us - returns are based on sending the scissors back in original condition but we understand that you'll need to try them first.

  13. What happens after you receive my return?

    We’ll inspect the return, then process your refund.

  14. How will I receive my refund?

    Refunds go back to your original payment method.

  15. How long do refunds take?

    Most are processed immediately by our team once inspected, but bank/payment processing can take 3-5 business days.
