How do I return my item (or order)?

From the day you receive your order you will have a full 14 days to decide what items you wish to keep, exchange or return and you must notify us within that period of your intent to return by clicking here and submitting your information, we will email you with the next steps and how to proceed.

How long do I have to return?

Once you have notified us of your intent to return your order we will email you with the next steps to take and you will have 5 working days in which to return them to us.  

Who pays for shipping on Returns? 

Shipment charges on returns are to be paid for by the customer. However, if you wish to exchange your order or items of your order Akito Scissors will pay for the shipping fees (see exchanges below for more information).

How do I exchange items in my order? 

From the day you receive your order you will have a full 14 days to decide if you wish to keep or exchange your order for another product (or products). If you wish to make an exchange click here and input the relevant information, one of our team will be in touch soon.

I want to exchange my current order for items with a Higher or Lower Price .

You can exchange either your full order or items from your order for any products of your choice, in the case of you wanting to exchange for products with a Lower Price then we will exchange them and refund you the price difference. In the case of you wanting to exchange for products with a Higher Price then a price difference will be required to be paid which one of our team would advise on how to do.

The products I want to exchange have damage. What should I do?

If the products have been dropped or experienced damage when in your possession then they can not be exchanged for other items.
