We know that sometimes choosing the perfect scissors for your style can be difficult and on occasion they don't suit your cutting style which is why we provide a full 14 days from when they arrive with you for you to exchange or return your order.

We like to keep the process as easy as we can for our customers to return or exchange their products with us, you simply need to contact us, input your information into the form and we will contact you with the next steps.

Returns - FAQs

From the day you receive your order you will have a full 14 days to decide if you wish to keep, exchange or return your order (or items).

Within that period you must notify us of your intent to return your order or items from your order by filling in the returns form - we will then email you with the next steps and how to proceed.

Once you have notified us of your intent to return your order we will email you with the next steps to take and you will then have 5 working daysto send them back to Akito Scissors.

Shipment charges on returns are to be paid by the customer. However, if you wish to exchangeyour order or items of your order Akito Scissors will pay for the shipping fees (see exchanges below for more information).

We recommend sending your return via a tracked service as this allows you and us to track the parcel as if it is for whatever reason lost in transit we will be unable to process your refund or exchange.

We would also recommend choosing a shipping method that offers you compensation in the loss of or damage.

If there are any issues with your order, you must notify us immediately by clicking here and submitting the relevant information. Once you have done so one of our team will be in touch immediately to resolve the issue.

You can exchange either your full order or items from your order for any products of your choice.

In the case of you wanting to exchange for products with a higher price a price difference will be required to be paid which one of our team would advise on how to do.

You can exchange either your full order or items from your order for any products of your choice.

In the case of you wanting to exchange for products with a lower price we will exchange them and refund you the price difference.

If the products have been dropped or experienced damage when in your possession then they can not be exchanged for other items.

Yes! We will cover the costs for the return of your exchanged order (items) and also pay for the shipping to you of your new product (products).

Refunds - FAQs

Simply return your order (or specific items from your order) as you received them, in a clean and as newcondition with no damage.

When we receive your returned order we will carry out our standard checks.

Once we have concluded our checks and the returned order is approved we will email you and begin to process your refund immediately - which can take between 2 to 5 days to return to your account.

This very rarely happens but in the case that there is damage to the products and it isn’t approved then you will be contacted, your items will be restored to working condition and promptly returned to you.
