To qualify for a refund or exchange, your purchase must be returned:

• Clean and free from hair or product residue
• In the same condition in which you received it
• Without damage or alteration
• With the original box, accessories and included items

You do not need to return the outer mailing envelope or delivery bag.

Before returning scissors, wipe them clean using the cloth included with your order.
