Refund policy

How do I get my refund?

All items are to be returned “As New”, as they were received with no damage to the products and cleaned without hair on the scissors.

Items areApproved for refund.We will email to tell you that our checks have been concluded and that your returned item (items) have been approved and we will begin processing your refund.

Items have damage andDo Not meet the quality checks.This very rarely happens but in the case that there is damage to the products and it isn’t approved then you will be contacted, your items will be restored to working condition and promptly returned to you.

How long until I receive my refund?

Once the checks have been concluded and your order has been approved for a refund we will then begin to process your refund immediately - which can take between 2 to 5 days to return to your account.

There is an issue with my order, what should I do?
